It features one-, two-, and three- bedroom private homes that aim to blend modern luxury and charming design. They feature an open-concept floor plan, a gourmet kitchen and private outdoor spaces. Amenities include high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, a keyless entry system, stainless-steel appliances, oversized walk-in closets, front and back porches and app-controlled thermostats. All residents will have access to a 24/7 fitness center, a resort-style pool, an onsite car wash, a dog park, a fire pit, a business center, and outdoor grills and pickleball courts.
