MOBILE, Ala. — Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship), an outpatient healthcare real estate firm, has announced the acquisition of a class-A, 100% leased medical office building (MOB) in Mobile. Located at 2505 Old Shell Road, the recently constructed, single-tenant property is fully leased to USA Health and is known as USA Health Midtown. As the new owner of the buildings, Flagship will provide property management and asset management services. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Flagship is a fully integrated outpatient healthcare real estate firm serving clients throughout the southeastern and southern Mid-Atlantic. Flagship acquired the MOB through its private real estate investment trust, Flagship Healthcare Trust, a private real estate investment trust that owns clinical healthcare assets in the U.S.
